2. Information We Process

Depending on the features used and the permissions granted, the app may process TikTok account identifiers, display name, avatar URL, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration data, upload status, video metadata, redirect information, error logs, and operational logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate authorized TikTok accounts, request user-approved API permissions, upload video drafts or approved content, maintain audit and troubleshooting records, protect the app from misuse, and operate Kraber's internal publishing workflows.

4. TikTok API Data

TikTok API data is used only for the app functions authorized by the user and configured in TikTok Developer Portal. We do not sell TikTok API data.

5. Sharing

We may share information with TikTok as required to use TikTok APIs, with service providers that help host or operate the app, with authorized Kraber personnel, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required for security, audit, legal, or business record purposes. Access tokens and refresh tokens are removed when they are no longer needed or when authorization is revoked and the removal request is processed.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok account settings. You may also contact Kraber to request deletion of app-related authorization data, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed in Japan or other countries where Kraber, TikTok, or service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
